The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

Inside the prestigious Lampedusa Palace, the historic home of the writer Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, author of "The Leopard", there is Vintage Tomasi, an apartment with a private garden overlooking the suggestive garden of the Palace. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden. The Palace is located inside the historic center, very close to the Massimo theater and the Cala (the promenade along the sea in the historic center).

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

L'appartamento "Il Medioevo", dotato di ogni confort, si trova all'interno di Palazzo Conte Federico, uno dei più antichi e prestigiosi edifici di Palermo. Vi troverete avvolti da un'atmosfera affascinante e suggestiva, a due passi da: Palazzo Reale, Cappella Palatina, Cattedrale, mercato Ballarò. La zona è ricca di ristoranti e di vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie o a chi viaggia per lavoro.

Panoramic apartment near Palermo Cathedral. The apartment is just off the main street of Palermo’s historical centre, a short walk from the station and airport bus. A modern kitchen and dining/lounge area leads on to a terrace with a breathtaking view of San Salvatore church. A staircase leads up a medieval tower to a sitting room with the bed in an alcove, the shower/toilet and another large terrace.
