The attic can accommodate 4 persons + 2 on the sofa bed. The Palace Rocco is accessed from the small square of the town hall with a pedestrian street of 200 meters without stairs and flat. The bus stop, shops and restaurants are within 250 meters.

The house is surrounded by greenery in a very quiet location in Conca dei Marini. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine overlooking the living room, 3 complete bathrooms, large living room, breathtaking sea view terrace and two flowered pitches. It is a house from the 1600s, renovated, and retains the original domes with friezes of the time. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room Heating 2 euros per hour, to be paid in cash at check out. FREE PARKING

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, center and shops.
