The windows with panoramic views are incredible and make this cabin the perfect getaway year round! Lake Cisco is a hidden gem! Book today! **5/2026 our dock on the water is not accessible. Lake levels are low and we need to make repairs to bring the dock back to working condition.

Petite Retreat (Pet Friendly - 1 Small Pet Only)

This cozy cabin escape is perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a secluded, safe, and affordable place to unwind. Designed for comfort, the space includes a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a functional wet bar equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. While it doesn’t offer a living room or kitchen, the retreat provides everything you need for a comfortable stay including fiber optic internet and WiFi. Pets are allowed but limited to one (1) under 35 lbs.

Secluded railcar and caboose with incredible view

Quiet and peaceful setting overlooking Elm Valley just 9 min from Buffalo Gap. The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. The caboose has a queen size bed, small living area, half bath, mini fridge and coffee bar. Smart TVs and WI-FI in each. Relax and unwind at this one of a kind retreat.

Like the official plant of the Lone Star State, the Texas Cactus is crafted from durable materials such as stone, cedar, brick, metal, and ceramic tile, all for their strength and durability. This two-bedroom apartment features king-sized beds, a kitchen, and impressive amenities including WiFi, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Situated in the historic downtown of Baird, it combines small-town charm with the convenience of being close to Abilene.

Haven on Bacon is a comfortable & entertaining space with a 2-minute scoot to ACU. Pets are welcomed. The open living space inside and out is great for gatherings and entertaining but can also be used for quiet restoration. This haven is only a 3-minute drive to Hardin Simmons and the hospital. The house is newly remodeled with a ton of amenities such as a ping-pong table, scooters, games for inside and out and much more -- it's everything you would want a home away from home to be!

This sophisticated retreat, laced with western tones, sits less than 1/4 mile from Hardin-Simmons University and Hendrick Medical Center; 2 miles from Downtown Abilene dining, shopping, and entertainment. The ground floor features a snug living space, full-size appliances in a stocked kitchen, and the sleek sky-lit bathroom. Upstairs, relax in the lovely navy bedroom designed for a soothing sleep. Less than a quarter mile away from ACU, our home is the place to stay when visiting Abilene. We are located near the Airport, Expo center, The Zoo and so much more. Tucked away in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Abilene, the Pool Oasis provides a refreshing and calm environment. Perfect for a family getaway or friends looking for a place to recharge. Our home features a cozy living space, a beautiful dining room and an entertaining backyard with a pool, grill and patio.

Modern cozy duplex close to downtown!

Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!

This new backyard guest house is on a tree-lined street. Full kitchen with gas range is perfect for weekend dinners or to stay longer. The decorative welcome sign folds up to a table for two. The living room is a perfect place to unwind with WiFi and AppleTV or an assortment of books. It is pet friendly and can accommodate kids on floor pallets, if needed. This house is in our family's backyard, but we make sure you have a private stay.

The Little House on the Rock is a guest house in North Abilene, TX right down the road from Abilene Christian University, Hardin-Simmons University, Hendrick Medical Center, restaurants, and more! The guest house includes a full kitchen, bathroom, one king bed, queen sofa bed, and covered garage parking. This is a newly renovated space designed to feel like home away from home.
