All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. The new amount is €10.45 per person per night (VAT included) for all guests aged 17 or older, up to a maximum of 7 nights. As a legal tourist apartment we are obliged to collect the tourist tax upon arrival at the apartment. House rules • We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. • This decision was taken after the neighbors had experienced issues with the noise produced by some of the previous guests. • It's totally forbidden to make loud noise after 22:00 or to organize parties or events inside the apartment. The apartment has natural light and is very well thought out so that four people feel comfortable in it. It has two private rooms, the principal room with two individual beds, the second one with a matrimonial bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so you will have more options to choose how to sleep. While Barcelona eats delicious, we know it can be exhausting to eat many days on the street, so we have equipped the kitchen with everything you need to make some meals like at home. Do not worry about bringing shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer or iron, you'll find all that in the apartment. And if you come with children or babies, let us know in advance; we can organize ourselves in case you need a crib or baby chair if it is available. We do not believe that in Barcelona you need it, but there is television in case you choose to stay and watch a movie.
