In the studio room - large bedding sofa (150X200cm), also table and 6 chairs. It's loft, but very comfortable. Roof has triple thermal isolation.

Please note that sometimes in Bakuriani the electricity can go out for usually no more than 3 hrs. This is common all over the city.
