The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

1618 Manor: Steps from Belmond La Residencia

Can Fussimany is a manor house dating back to 1618, located just a short walk from La Residencia. It remains one of the few traditional manors in Deià that still preserves its original olive press (Tafona) and private chapel. Nur für Erwachsene!! Tolles, freundliches, Appartement für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Es un lugar ideal para la gente que ame la naturaleza, los animales y quiera conocer un poco más la tradición y cultura mallorquina.
