Apartment has: electric cooker, fridge, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer. Transport services are also available. Street parking is available next to the building and the city center is 200 meters away. The maximum number of people is 4.

Near the flat is Market (0-24h ) and Gas Station (0-24h). My desire is to make every guest feel at home with us and enjoy Banja Luka as much as possible! Main Banjaluka square ("Trg Krajine") is 1 minute walking distance, as well as famous "Gospodska" street. The apartment is in the city centre, close to everything. You can also enjoy gorgeous view of the city from our 10th floor balcony. There are two elevators in the building.

It is 10 min walking distance from city center, located in a very quiet street surrounding, only couple of minutes away from the big city park with restaurants, coffeehouses and sport activities. A short walk will bring you to the government building and all city sites.
