Beautiful apartment Sea Ya is situated right next to the sea and offers amazing 180 degrees panoramic open views of the sea and harbor in the historical Rovinj! With two bathroooms, it is fully equipped for a long stay in the heart of Rovinj, just meters from Rovinj main square and the unique market place. We help our guests with free parking at cca 8 to 10 min walk away. Romantic setting with easy access to all points of interest - boats for islands depart from just below your windows.

Šarmantan stan površine 75 m² na trećem katu jedne od povijesnih vila Münz, smješten u samom srcu 3000 godina starog grada Pule. Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. S balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na luku, što čini ovaj stan savršenim izborom za sve koji traže mir i udobnost.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Kuhinja veličine 3,50*2,10 koja opremljena sa dovoljno posuđa , pribora, začina te stol sa 4 stolice . U kupaoni se nalazi wc školjka, umivaonik, tuš kabina, perilica rublja te ormarić sa ručnicima, deterđentima i šamponima koji su na raspolaganju gostima.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
