Our apartment is situated in a larger building with another apartment upstairs and a commercial space—with a tenant who just occupied it last month . A neighborhood with boat building history and current activity.. A short walk down to Manset (rocky) shore. Seawall picnic area is not far away via car/bicycle down the main road as are Wonderland and Ship Harbor trails.
