Johns Island is on the first floor of our historic three room Inn and has a wrap-around farmer's porch with a side-view across Bass Harbor. This room is street side and faces a meadow which is filled with lupines in the spring. Take the staircase to the shore, watch the tide change and look for your favorite shore bird - guillemots, loons and eagles are frequent visitors. These brand-new king apartments feature a full kitchen, open living area with an electric fireplace, massage chair, (2) 55-inch Smart TVs, king bed and a pull-out sofa. The balcony offers partial views of Frenchman Bay and the Porcupine Islands. The bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, a bidet toilet seat, a double vanity, plush robes and a make-up mirror. Our Hot Tub Suite with Two Queens is located on the top floor of the Fireside Inn and Suites in beautiful Belfast, Maine. Welcome to The Deckhouse, Unit 4 - a cozy, family-owned and operated one-bedroom (king), one-bath located in a quiet, tucked-away neighborhood of Stonington, Maine. Just a short drive from downtown shops, galleries, and the scenic waterfront, this peaceful getaway offers both privacy and convenience. This unit is one of two located above a detached garage, the owners live on the property in a separate building. 2026 Updates include: firm mattress topper and a sound machine.

Queen room, Merrybell Motel

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel, a classic roadside motel on Rt 1. There is one queen bed in the room which comfortably sleeps two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet. You can park your car right in front of your room. We take care of all the cleaning and laundry ourselves.
