The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
