BE CAREFUL: Check all the rules of the house, it's a family building totally specialized for FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FOR ALL OUR APARTMENTS with very strict rules and SPECIFIC SCHEDULES OF LIFE. It is forbidden to make noise or cause any discomfort to neighbors. The price of the apartment depends on the number of guests. Fixed price up to 5 guests. Important to specify the total number of guests to see the final price. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, the terrace is on the 6th floor. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAXES: The tourist tax of € 6,25* person * night is not included in the price. It applies to those over 16 and for the first 7 nights of the stay. Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also satellite tv. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin.
