Nada más entrar al apartamento, le dará la bienvenida 'Cobi', la mascota de los juegos olímpicos de Barcelona 1992. El salón comedor tiene un cómodo sofa esquinero que se convierte en cama, TV satélite, teléfono y internet wifi free. En el salón el huésped podrá relajarse tras un día de turismo por Barcelona, compartir y planificar las nuevas salidas o trabajar con su ordenador. Las grandes puertas acristaladas dan a un pequeño balcón que permite que entre mucha luz natural. La mesa del comedor puede acomodar perfectamente a todos los huéspedes. La cocina, que se encuentra junto al salón, esta completamente equipada para que usted pueda cocinar como en casa. Dispone de una zona con lavadero anexa a la cocina. Este tranquilo apartamento dispone de 4 dormitorios con cómodas camas de látex de 80x200. Los tres primeros disponen cada uno de camas individuales y el cuarto dispone de una cama matrimonial. Todos los dormitorios disponen de armarios para guardar sus pertenencias y de espacio para las maletas. Una de las habitaciones dispone de una pequeña caja de seguridad. Los dos preciosos baños tienen unidades de ducha, secador de pelo y toallas listas para su uso. Además, el baño principal puede ser usado como baño esclusivo en-suite del dormitorio matrimonial, simplemente cerrando a llave una de las puertas. El apartamento dispone de aire condicionado en el salón y en el pasillo, entre los dormitorios. También dispone de calefacción central para los meses frios. Para que puedan estar siempre conectados hay servicio de internet wifi de 50 megas gratis. Este apartamento es una excelente elección de apartamento tranquilo, perfecto para familias, grupos de parejas, viajes de negocios ... HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.
