The house is just two miles from downtown in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Walk to Zilker Park, the Town Lake hike and bike trail, and great restaurants and bars on Barton Springs Road and South Lamar. All major ride-share companies operate here. This is a non-smoking and pet free home.

Just steps from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park. Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provides.
