Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Step through & Inside you’ll find the rustic speakeasy with a Hill Country prize waiting for you inside!

We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.
