Welcome to my recently updated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home! This property is walking distance from Lake Allatoona and a 15 min drive from Red Top Mountain State Park. There is a beautiful community lake point with beach that is a short walk down the road. Downtown Acworth is less an a 10 minute drive away. The Inn is a historic Allatoona lakefront Victorian Mansion/farm. You get 2 guest rooms with no other guests. We include linens/towels, coffee, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and TV. Health dept. says no cooking in kitchen but you have access to frigs, microwave and large toaster oven. Price is for 6 guests, but 2 more can be added for $30.00 per night/guest. Surveillance is used in public areas/grounds as required by our local govt. We are near Lakepoint, Redtop Mountain State Park, and Smithsonian museums.

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We recently remodeled it, with 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, & two full daybeds, sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & 55” LED TV down stair.

The guest bedroom gives you a double bed. The Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total). An eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar. The dock has an upper deck with built in seating and lighting. Underneath is a covered slip.
