This quirky comfy little cottage with 2 bedroom and 1 bath home sits on an acre and offers you, peace and tranquility. The house has been recently updated but keeps the farmhouse feel. We have added our personal touches to make you feel our love & passion built in 1940's and relocated to this land in 1960! NOT modern - very country - we have lots of yard games and indoor games ( FUN) relax on the front porch or sit by the firepit after a nice meal you prepared and ate on the back deck grill

Plenty of space, with three bedrooms (master down staires), each with their own full bathroom (including bath amenities) and a loft area with futon. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with access to a community pool and playground. The property is well stocked and includes an in-home washer and dryer.

We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10, including two roll a way beds. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, the back yard is fenced. We are walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts play grounds and more.
