The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

My house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Basel (Hirzbrunnen); you can be downtown in a few minutes by tram or bike; I live in a modern and minimalist style. Reasonable sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with electricity storage) is important to me; my own parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.
