The old building apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the SBB train station. It is very quietly situated on a small side street. It has an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of greenery. Sometimes I rent out a room, or the entire apartment so that you can use it all to yourself. The photos show the apartment in Basel. There are shops nearby and a beautiful park close by. The BaslerCard, which includes a free public transport ticket, is included in the price.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for 3 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
