Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).

Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
