Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. Welcome to “Triv House”. Spacious with parking for 2 vehicles and 500Mb WiFi. Inside, each area is themed around the popular Trivial Pursuit board game, you can sleep in the Geography, History or Arts & Literature bedrooms or take part in ‘Trivial Pursuits’ in the Sports & Leisure room and large garden. Pursuits include the Retro Arcade Machine (100’s of games), the Pub Quiz machine, the Nerf Wall, playing one of the many board games at the dining/gaming table, or simply relax watching Netflix.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.
