This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike. Obiteljska tradicija iznajmljivanja apartmana traje od 1980. godine. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti vezanih uz obalu. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
