Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Leaving room,Jacuzzi,grill You can contract me on my mobile phone, mail, sms, whats up,viber The house is located in the heart of the old town, just a few meters from restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, supermarkets, the sandy beach and cultural sights. There is church close to.the house, so you can hear ring bells.

Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

Don't rent this if you don't want peace and quiet.Close your eyes and imagine: authentic old village, only few people living, stone houses, sound of crickets, intact nature, view on Adriatic sea and islands,Biokovo mountain, pine and olive trees, meditereanean feel. We filled house with warmth and positive energy, but we don't have pool or jacuzzi, we have something better-Adriatic sea, only 2 km away. House is located above Baska Voda-2min by car,on feet of Biokovo mountain with amazing view.

Kamena kuća je kompletno renovirana 2021. godine.Dvoetažni prostor sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom, te spavaće sobe i kupaonice.Obje etaže su klimatizirane s bežićnim internetom.
