Seaside 18th‑century cottage, hottub & guest house

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Mysig villa i skogen - bastu, spabad & egen brygga

Med hänförande panoramautsikt över glittrande vatten väntar detta bekväma boende med läge utöver det vanliga. Slå er ner på altanen och njut av en obeskrivlig solnedgång över vattnet från jacuzzin, ta ett svalkande dopp från den egna bryggan eller ett värmande bastubad under kyliga kvällar. Här bor man lika bekvämt året om och det finns alltid något att uppleva! Lata sommardagar, svamp- och bärrika skogar, ljudlös båttur med elmotor och naturnära motionsmöjligheter. Möjligheterna är oändliga!

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. Koppla av i nybyggd villa på landet! Huset ligger på höjd i söderläge och har tre fina sovrum, var och ett med dubbelsäng och AC. Det största sovrummet har även en våningssäng. Huset rymmer upp till 8 personer. Det finns litet SPA-bad, altan, kolgrill, Wi-Fi, AC i alla rum, TV och fri elbils-laddning Huset har ett separat WC, ett kaklat badrum, öppet kök/vardagsrum som härlig sällskapsyta med härlig braskamin samt tvättstuga. Inga fester, kick-off eller arbete/konferenser tillåtna.
