Charming apartment, very central, in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. It is organized like a 3-room apartment but, be careful !, it has no walls between the day and night areas. It is suitable for 3 persons. The 2nd bed is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.

In the lively & central neighbourhood around Voltaire metro, near the Père Lachaise cemetery, Nation, Bastille, République & the St Martin canal. Ideal to visit most of Paris on foot ! We ask guests to respect that this apartment is our home and not a hotel :)
