Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Parking is available at Bath Cricket Club only 5-minutes walk away and the train station is less than 10-minutes walk. The house itself is spacious, with a large lounge, modern kitchen dining room with doors that open onto the rear courtyard making it great for entertaining. Upstairs there are 3-double bedrooms and one with ensuite.

Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
