The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

Contemporary studio annexe in Temple Cloud

Situated just off the A37 on the edge of the Mendip hills. The ideal base for visiting Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bath and Bristol. All within a 25 minute drive. There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

Harptree Hideaway

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

The Long Room apartment offers the best contemporary comforts in a charming 17th century beamed room with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Relax in your private hot tub and garden (included in price), sit by the river or take in the fantastic views along the valley to the Pensford Viaduct. Bye Mills Farm is in the Chew Valley, a perfect rural retreat by the River Chew in a stunning location with beautiful walks in all directions and ideally located for exploring Bristol, Bath and Wells.

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

We look forward to providing guests with the perfect mix of style, privacy, cleanliness and convenience in the 'garden room' in our family home in Bath. The private suite has its own entrance for easy access, comfortable king size bed, Smart TV, mini fridge and kettle. Guests have their own bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and WC. The whole place is self-contained, yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Breakfast treats will be left out for the first day of your visit.

En-suite double room with own private entrance

A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

Lovely 2 bedroomed guest suite & private entrance

Lovely large self-contained guest suite with one large room with a king sized bed, and one smaller room with a double bed. There is a spacious modern bathroom with a large shower and bath. Please note that there is no kitchen. We live in an adjoining house but you will have your own front door access, and your own bathroom, landing and stairs . Just a 20 minute walk from the beautiful city centre and just round the corner from shops, cafes and Oldfield Park Station.

The Little House

The 'Little House' is light and spacious with a 'holiday' feel and Moroccan details. It is self contained with it's own parking, entrance, bathroom, and separate utility area. It sleeps 2 adults plus a baby (see pictures of travel cot. Ideal for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Chew Valley Lake (all within 10-12 miles drive) plus Longleat, Glastonbury, Stourhead, Tyntesfield, Stone Henge etc...(all within an hour or so)

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.
