Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Toš ap is situated on the middle ground floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village, furnished in hand with tradition. it is not the brightest, but it offers comfort in the summer heat. Ap. consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and is suitable for families. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (acces. by stairs). Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
