Das Apartment ist 35 qm groß und bietet einen Wohnraum mit EBK, Essplatz und bequemer Schlafcouch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer. Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
