Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed.
