The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cabinet space and modern appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven hood, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate laundry room/mudroom provides access to both the kitchen and the side patio. Outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch and a charming back porch with a pergola, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Up to 2, mid to small sized dogs allowed. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also!
