For convenience, a two-car carport is located near the side porch, allowing for easy access to the home. The living room offers plenty of space to relax, with an oversized plush couch, two leather chairs, and a stunning 75-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cabinet space and modern appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven hood, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate laundry room/mudroom provides access to both the kitchen and the side patio. Outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch and a charming back porch with a pergola, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Up to 2, mid to small sized dogs allowed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 2 blocks from the Palacios harbor. There is great fishing from the piers. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also! Plenty of room to park your boat, or if necessary we have storage to get your boat or camper inside at a different location.
