Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

A partir del 1-01-2026 sólo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con la tarjeta B como mínimo y a partir del 1-01 2027 sólo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con tarjeta ambiental CERO ó ECO ó tendrán que aparcar en un parking público de pago qué está cerca.

Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
