Flat have two terraces, one is inside flat and second is garden terrace with bbq and both of them with astonishing view on Boka Bay,and it's only 60m from the sea and 100m from the new builded hotel 'Allure Palazzi'.We have prepared all amenities for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Flat is spacious with two bedrooms, 2 toilets, bathroom and large living room with modern equipped kitchen. We have private secured parking with optional garage. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
