Welcome to The Durango Oasis. Looking for access (20 min south) to Downtown Durango with a spa, country like feel? You'll have 3 fenced acres with trees, deer, birds singing, and an outdoor patio to enjoy the sunset with views of the La Platas. With a hot tub & sauna, enjoy the peace & quiet while watching the stars at night. Inside you have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 desk working spaces, starlink, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. With town nearby, it’s perfect for relaxing and pets!

Vallecito Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

An authentic Colorado experience 15 minutes from downtown Durango. Covey's Cabin is a tiny home, located at La Ponderosa, a multi cabin property equipped with many outdoor amenities! A barbecue, an outdoor fire pit, a lit up recreation area and a hot tub are all part of the experience! Seasonally, we have an organic vegetable garden and outdoor yard games as well! Cookie and Kareem, our mini donkey and fainting goat, are here to welcome you!

The Bungalow on Mill St.

Peaceful and centrally-located place in the Heart of Olde Bayfield. Restaurants, Dog friendly Parks, are near by. This Bungalow is Dog Friendly as well except we ask that you don' allow your pets on the furniture and use the clean up station for your pet in the courtyard. Parking is available in the driveway or you can park curbside if preferred . Fishing paradise all around the Valley such as Lake Vallecito. Enjoy your stay!

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
