It is also centrally located to large box stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store, making it easy to pick up the essentials for your stay.

In the evenings enjoy river sunsets or enjoy our Finnish sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the river. In fall and winter enjoy the many local hiking trails or ski-hills. It has 10 hilly acres of woods with its own paths to wander. Work, relax and play in its inspiring kitchen and lofty spaces stocked with albums, movies, books, art supplies, and instruments. Enveloped in nature, yet only a 10 minute drive to local hot spots including Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Skinners' Falls and Bethel Woods.

Being located in the woods, you may have a few wild visitors - bald eagles and hawks, bears, racoons, and porcupines have all been seen!
