This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

"MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. Our spacious two bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa overlooks a large swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates six people. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to be a home-away-from-home.  The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer.  There is seating for six at the dining room table.  The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.
