Complete with a backyard bar & swings, an outdoor bamboo shower, and plenty of yard space. Inside you will experience an open floor plan, unique hand-made design features, & color-filled rooms to inspire a whimsical vacation mindset. The thoughtful design of this house makes it a group friendly, budget conscious, well-trained dog loving, retreat option.

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

We are across the street from Towne Creek, a short paddle to Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve on Carrot Island and minutes away, either by car or ferry, to ocean and sound-side sandy beaches.
