The deck has amazing views and fenced yard. There is plenty of parking in the 2-car garage and large driveway.

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Distance to Edward is 12 miles, we are 3 miles off of I-70 in between Edwards and Eagle in Wolcott. A short drive to all summer activities. Winter skiing is 15 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 to Vail. Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
