Relax in this fully-equipped, light-filled, open concept home with patio doors that lead you out to the wrap around deck with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The condo is within walking distance to all the amenities: restaurant/bar, beach, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, pickleball, racket ball and tennis courts.

It is perfect for a relaxing break or an adventure! Activities include boating (with guest docks), swimming (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball, working out, and relaxing in the hot tub, steam room or sauna! If you are working remotely, this quiet space includes a desk and high-speed wireless. The individual HVAC unit also has a UV light.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.

Plenty of room for the kids with a special "Play Awhile" kid space Relaxed in the free-standing soaker tub. 25 minutes from Liberty and Lynchburg University.
