Fully remodeled and updated, the home boasts a full kitchen, open floor plan, king-size beds, and a washer and dryer. With two parking spaces and a relaxing back deck, this home is the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance including Fresh Market, Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Panera, and Cava.

Come back from sightseeing or from a hike and relax in the hammock, 6 person hot tub, or by fire pit.

It's now a blend of farmhouse and contemporary. This cottage is also a blend of country and town, with plenty of space to spread out, relax, walk our 3 acres, view mountains, and watch the deer. Need something you might have at home? I bet we've thought of it! You'll be surprised to find how well-equipped Gateway Cottage is.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.

Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
