The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Reconnect with nature with a stay at a unique “Off-the-Grid” antique log cabin hideaway located in the Lakes Region of NH with 250+ acres of land and trials. Perfect for outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and visiting the nearby resort towns that surround it. Also great for those searching for a quiet place for family and friends to relax around a fire pit, BBQ, and stargazing. Recently upgraded with new mattresses and kitchen appliances integrated with period antiques.

Unique Equine Estate w/an Indoor Pool & Hot Tub.

One of a kind equine estate w/indoor pool, hot tub, billiards, cooks kitchen, new TVs & upgraded internet. The 4 bdrm, loft & common areas sleep 17 ppl. max w/6,000 sq. ft. everyone will have space to relax. This estate is literally a home w/in a home. The addition was built around the original log cabin. Wind Hill Farm is a 78 acre working equestrian facility, take a riding lesson on property. Local attractions: apple orchards, NH Speedway, wedding venues, Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain.

Charming A-Frame at Hermit Lake

Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

"Loon Point" Waterfront Getaway, Meredith

Welcome to the Lake! Our house sits directly on a quiet lake in Meredith NH. Stunning views and amazing sunsets! A perfect place to relax and get away. Located 8-10 minutes from downtown Meredith where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do! There are hiking trails near the house and local attractions close by! We are 45 minutes south of Franconia Notch and the Mt. Washington area. Go on a day trip or spend the entire day swimming right out the front door!

Saddle Hill Farm. Rustic Charm. Farm Animals!

Come this weekend to our cozy 1802 farmhouse on 100+ acres. Relax! Hiking, dirt roads, hay fields, and fire pit. Working farm - Cows, pigs, chickens (eggs!) Dogs welcome. Pick veggies from our huge garden in late summer! Full Kitchen - just bring food/drink. 2 queen bdrms on 1st fl with one full bath. 2nd fl has full bath, W/D, King bdrm & 3 twin/full bdrms. No central AC/heat. Fans for warm nights. Portable heaters in bdrms. WIFI. No TV. 15 min to Meredith Village/Lake Wini.

On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).
