The Dougie is situated between two lakes, Windsor and Avalon, and within a short hike to Lake Windsor Dam and Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Are you a biker? You can access 140 miles of trails straight from the house in less than two minutes. We are located on the Little Sugar trail system; take Lago Vista and it will connect you to the Land of Oz. Not into biking? Bella Vista has lakes, pools, tennis, golf and more. This family friendly house has a kids room and is perfect for family vacations!

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking.
