In the coastal village of Queenscliff, only 1.5hrs from Melbourne, with easy access to the Great Ocean Road. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. Comfy beds, quality linen & continental breakfast all included.

Brightly lit 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with gorgeous views of the bay and moments from the beach and Clifton Springs Foreshore Reserve. Enjoy a swim or take a walk along the shore with beautiful sweeping views of the water. Only minutes from The Dell Park and Beach, Clifton Springs Golf Course, boat ramp and a short drive from the picturesque Drysdale township, convenient access to local shops and supermarkets.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
