Charmant appartement parisien tout équipé et joliment décoré. En plein cœur du quartier très vivant de Belleville, ce deux-pièces très lumineux offre de jolis points de vue sur le parc de Belleville et l’église de Ménilmontant. Ce quartier bobo-chic très agréable propose une ambiance très parisienne, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et animations culturelles. Il s’agit de mon propre appartement : vous aurez l’impression d’être chez vous, pour une expérience typiquement parisienne.

Covid-19: pour assurer le plus haut niveau de sécurité, nous appliquons les règles de nettoyage recommandées par Airbnb, nous utilisons un spray désinfectant à la javel. Appartement vintage, convivial et chaleureux de 60m2 refait à neuf. Il est au calme sur cour et lumineux. Cet appartement est au pied du métro Ménilmontant, un quartier en pleine mutation avec de nombreux commerces de proximités, tout proche du quartier Jean-pierre Timbaud, d’Oberkampf, Belleville et Père Lachaise.

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. Lumineux en plein centre du village Jourdain, situé au 1er étage d’un immeuble ancien cet appartement de 28m2 à bénéficier d’une rénovation récente. Il est équipée d’une cuisine américaine, télé avec Netflix. Idéal pour découvrir le quartier de Belleville et accéder au centre de Paris par les transports. Une vie de quartier vivante et agréable dans le Paris authentique avec des restaurants, parc et sorties culturelles à proximité.

It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
