Voll ausgestattete Küche, Cheminée, interner Spielbereich für Kinder, Grill, 600m2 grossen Garten mit Palmen stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen!

Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Completamente indipendente con accesso privato, si trova nel piano seminterrato della nostra casa. Ideale per amanti della tranquillità, con un bellissimo panorama del lago maggiore. Possibilità di sfruttare il giardino e posteggio a disposizione. Bracciere esterno ideale per momenti di condivisione davanti al fuoco e zona terrazzo con grill.

The property is sitting on the southern side of the Ticino Alps quite a bit up hill where you have a maximum of sun exposure. From here you have a magnificent panoramic view of the Maggadino valley and the mountain peaks across Fiume Ticino. This place only is 10 minutes far from the Bellinzona Sud motorway exit and is therefore ideally located to easily and quickly reach every corner of Ticino by car. Whoever prefers to keep the car in the parking lot has several hiking options.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale ed a pochi passi da servizi e posti da visitare! Il nostro appartamento è adatto a 2 persone e ad 1 bambino, si trova al pianterreno di una casa ristrutturata nel 2021 in centro, nel quartiere di Bellinzona. A 15 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Bellinzona Nord/Sud ed è raggiungibile anche comodamente con i mezzi pubblici (stazione di Bellinzona a pochi km e a 3’ dalla fermata dall'autobusus).

Situate sui monti di Pianturin mettiamo a disposizione 2 cascine di pietra realizzate nello scorso secolo e da poco riattate. In una cascina si trova il dormitorio (composto da 1 letto a castello da 8 persone ed un letto per 2 persone) ed il bagno con doccia, Nella seconda cascina il refettorio con una cucina a gas, una a legna, il camino ed un frigorifero. Sotto la stessa si trova una vecchia cantina. Possibilità di passeggiate e relax totale!
