Large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Backyard with a gas grill, fire pit and lounge chairs. Large parking area (six cars max). Parking available on the street.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Cozy, Comfy and Quaint Green Sailboat

Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.

Private Waterfront near Ocean Beaches

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
