All year round comfort is assured with your only challenge being able to drag yourself away from the stunning views. It is also a star gazers heaven every night under the UNSECO dark sky reserve. Situated on the edge of the township towards Lake Ruataniwha and under the UNSECO Dark Sky Reserve, truly a stargazer haven. Twizel township is 4 min drive or 25 min walk.

The outdoor area provides an option to have a relaxed dining experience, taking in the views. Nova Heights features two queen bedrooms and one bunk room, ensuring all of the family have their own space to retreat to. Built in a quiet neighbourhood, Nova Heights is the perfect location to have fun with the whole family.

Mahina Cabin was used by the owner to live in prior to building our residence on this 5500sqm site. It is 10m from our Mahina Cottage and 15m behind our house. It is cosy, private, has plenty of parking and has all that is needed for a quiet getaway while enjoying our little piece of paradise here in Twizel, the heart of the Mackenzie Country. The grounds have been landscaped with mainly native plantings to enhance the privacy and views. The owners live on site and operate a native nursery.

This brand new modern two bedroom cottage is perfect for relaxing. It has high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances, you will also be very comfortable year round with the heat pump. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The cottage boasts a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area, walking distance to town.

In winter, you will enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and proximity to local ski fields. The air hockey table and Space Invaders arcade game make the property a great family-friendly retreat.

Kitchen includes fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, bench top stove, cutlery and crockery.
