Egal ob Kurz- oder Langzeitaufenthalt, Städtetrip oder Businessaufenthalt, dank der ausgezeichneten Lage und ÖV Anschluss bist du in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt Zürich. Neben einer grossen Wohnküche, einem grosszügigen Schlafzimmer, modernen Bad und hellem Wohnzimmer, rundet ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage das Angebot ab. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen.

Liebst du schöne Natur zum Joggen und Erholen? Und bist auch schnell in der Stadt? Dann ist es hier perfekt für dich. Meine Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen Dorf mit alter Kirche, wo sogar Madonna zu Besuch war. Rundherum haben wir Felder, Hügel, Wälder mit Aussicht in die Berge. Wir sind direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Nach Zürich ist es 25 Minuten mit Bus und Zug. In meiner Wohnung wohne ich und es hat ein weiteres Zimmer für einen Gast. Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

More than just a room, it’s a home away from home

Ideally located in one of most vibrant neighborhoods of Zurich, full of bars, restaurants and cafes. 5 min walking from Limmat and only few stops by tram from Central Rail Station. It is also possible to reach by foot with a nice walk through a park and long the river. This place is ideal for positive and fun people who look for a nice experience and not only a place where to sleep in Zurich.

Calm flat in Zürich

Spacious flat for one up to four people at the outskirts of Zürich. It’s my usual living space that I rented when I’m out of the city. A dog lives there in a regular basis. But won’t be there when you come over. That’s something to watch out if you’re allergic. The tram stop is in front of the building and takes you directly to the city center, irchel UZH and central ETH.
