Deze charmante woning is gelegen in een doodlopende straat zonder verkeer: volledige privacy! Via een automatische rijdt u tot aan de villa met parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's. Hier vindt u een gezellig overdekt terras, veranda, woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken, 3 slaapkamers en 2 vernieuwde badkamers. Een niveau lager ligt het verwarmde zwembad (10 X 5) met buitendouche, een bar met TV en een vierde slaapkamer met vernieuwde badkamer. De prachtige tuin bulkt van de fruitbomen. 5 minuten van de zee!

Cozy apartment with a beautiful communal pool and private garden. The pool is available to our guests from June until the end of September. The studio is located in Benissa Costa between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.
